Dr. John-Cleeve A. Soter is a dual-trained specialist in prosthodontics and oral surgery. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health and a Certificate of Public Health. He furthered his expertise at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he completed a Certificate of Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry. Dr. Soter also completed advanced oral surgery training at Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla in Mexico.

As a clinician and educator, Dr. Soter serves as the Course Director for an international dental implant program. He specializes in comprehensive implant solutions and restorative dentistry. He is certified in IV moderate sedation, ensuring patient comfort during complex surgical procedures.

Dr. Soter has a long history of service, participating in humanitarian missions in Ecuador and Mexico. Outside of dentistry, he is a certified international fencing referee and former head coach. He is a native French speaker and is proficient in English, Spanish, German, and Creole.
